I took a job with this place-- BIG mistake! As an experience Loan Officer, I knew the job and how much work it took to do it properly. I quickly found out that everything I was told about the place was pure B.S. They expect their employees to spend more than half of each day telemarketing-- which leaves precious little time to give your customers the service they deserve and get YOUR job done. And, Loan Officers are given no salary-- so, they are telemarketing for free. They expect you to call the same person so many times that it borders on harassment-- if it were me on the other end, I would sue. I completely fail to understand how they are still in business-the reputation has got to be horrible, what with the barrage of phone calls to each "applicant" and the lack of customer service.
