Heavenly Look creamy touch Nouveau Skin Care Serum, Tranquille eye cream i payed with cc,for shipping and was charged for 2 different companies products with NO knowledge of that Internet
when looking on internet at funny videoclips an add pops on screen about the new wonder cream for wrinkles as per Dr Oz show and all i had to do is pay shipping. There was no mention of this product coming from two differnt company names.
When i found that i was overdrawn because of two chrges to my account i used to pay shipping with. My financial inistute gave me 2 differnt phone numbers to call and cancel my order i was not told of there being two differnts accounts with their company.
They were happy to cancel this for me and told me the credit i would recieve, which also has a conformation number. Then i was asked if i was in agreence with them and we hung up. Then I called the other number that wa given to me. I was only given a option to wait for a callback from them.
I had been trying to contact them for several days when i finally was able to speak with someone and asked to cancel my account with them when the man on ther line said "you have already cancled your account with us the other day" i was confused.
Thats when i asked why was i not told of this account when i cancled was also the other charge to my credit card under a different name. That was not even mentioned when i agrered to the amount of the return. The company charged me $120.52 which i can only guess is ther shipping charge because i never recieved any monthly amount of product from them only "14 day supply".
I was told as the hung up on me thank you for your business and sorry i couldnt get any more of your money returned have a good day.
