Complaint Review: HeeHa Network Solution - Penang Select State/Province

Hi Sonny,
 

1.You never offered to refund our money, as you can see from your last response in bold letters below that you were clearly hostile and uncooperative.

2. You asked us to sign your contract.

For what reason would we sign anything? The deal we had previously negotiated was
dead, there is no need for a new contract as there is no deal. All we asked
is that you simply return our money for the deal you did not fulfill.

3. We never stated that our contact to you was not through condo.com.my.  In fact we agree to this point. We intentionally contacted you on this site, however it was for a different Client
of ours. Where we feel you have not been straight forward is not pointing out
the error or misunderstanding of 'condo.com' vs. 'condo.com.my' until after we paid you, then refusing to return our money.

4. As of this date we have not received the services from you, for the website that was agreed
upon, and we have not received a refund from you.
 
Any rational person can see that we paid for services that we did not receive and then we were denied a return of the money that paid for said services.

I have nothing much to said about TextLinkBrokers.com, i do agree to refund with the condition they responsible on their own mistake and sign new agreement .... But they refuse too, sorry guy ....

BTW do you guy want to deal with a TEXT LINK EXCHANGE BROKER which can't even different CCTLD and TLD ? and keep disturb the client low level skill ? like spaming my other site, twist story and bla bla bla .....

My company is legit and i welcome TEXTLINKBROKERS.com to sue me ......

Koo Chee Keong aka. Sonny Cool led us to believe that he owned the website www.condo.com, and agreed to place an advertisement link on the website "www.condo.com".

However he does not own this website, he owns www.condo.com.my. and was paid $600 for the advertisement.

After several weeks of not placing the advertisement, "Sonny" informed us that he doesn't own www.condo.com and refused to refund the money paid.

 - Update: In Sonny's "Rebuttal" he states that we contacted him through his site contact form, which is true, we did make the initial mistake of contacting him on condo.com.my instead of condo.com.

HOWEVER, We spent nearly a week in negotiations with Sonny for the advertisement placement including the mention of "condo.com" not "Condo.com.my".  Prior to making payment to Sonny he signed an agreement that specifically stated "Condo.com" in several locations and also the specific directions for placement of the advertisement on the "Condo.com" webpage. To this he never notified us of the error and never clairfied his website. It was not until Payment had cleared through PayPal that he mentioned that he owned "condo.com.my" not "condo.com".

Because of this deal we found out PayPal offers no protection for "intangible goods" such as advertising and automatically awarded Sonny in our payment dispute. It is unfortunate because Sonny knowingly and willfully accepted payment for a service he could not provide on a website he did not own.

When confronted with the issue, Sonny refused to refund the payment and still refuses. This is not the behavior of an "honest mistake" but rather the behavior of a dishonest person and un-reputable business.

The case been solve by Paypal with this ID : PP001XXXXXXXX on date 20/06/2011, paypal agree i hold no responsibility on the mistake they make and story is not as what the author write.

On April author contact me via my site www.condo.com.my/contact-us (with proof on email with their IP track) , request to publish their ad on my site.

On May 26 they agree on price, ad placement then we proceed,  in early June they make complaint and threaten me saying they i cheat them on Domain owning but never they agree on the mistake they make (request me via my site, which is clearly state www.condo.com.my not www.condo.com).

Then i refuse to pay back for the mistake i never done and also the hard work i did, i believe i'm cheating them.

So please remove it out.
