Heirloom Antiques Fine Furniture Kingsport Tn Joshua Trimm I consigned an $4800 furniture piece with Joshua Trimm in June 2014. Kingsport Tennessee
I brought in some furniture to consign at Heirloom Antiques in Kingsport TN on February 8, 2014. Joshua Trimm assured that he could sell my furniture fast and easy for $4800. On June 15, 2014 I came in to see if any of my pieces had sold and didn't see any of my pieces out. When I asked where the items were he assured that they were on lay away and I would get paid in a few weeks. In September I continued to check in to see when I would get my money and Joshua informed me that the items were still on lay away and I would get my money soon. It is now October and when I went to ask where my money was a few days ago Joshua continued to tell me it was on lay away and I would recieve a check in the mail in a few days. I have continued to follow up with him and he will not provide me with any appropriate paper work to assure me that I will recieve my money. It has been 8 months now and I have yet to see my money. I feel as though I have been lied to and cheated out of a $7,000 piece of furniture!!!! I have police report, and civil suit against Heirloom Antiques and fine furnishings and Joshua Trimm. Please no one trust Heirloom Antiques and especially Joshua Trimm! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

First, the lady reporting this post in my ex, Lisa Perry, and owns Simply Posh Designer Consignment. Second, I have never sold a $7000 item in my store. Or was it a $4800 item? Ether way, wish I had, but simply not reality. Third, I forgive her.
