I saw a Rachel Ray advertisement on line for new and highly recommended Radient Revive Repair Release Cream and Radient Revive Bright Eyes Serume.  I thought Rachel Ray would be leggitt.  I did not read the 14 day concellation, I saw free trial, pay only shipping.

I got the products in the mail, about a week or so later I got two more boxes.  I called them and ask why.  He told me I did not cancel within the 14 day trial time.  Offered me a % off on future purchases, I said no I haven't even tried the first one yet.  I told him I would just send them all back, he told me I could not sent them back. they were cosmetics.  After a few minutes he said the would refund 50 %, I finally said if that is all you can do. 

When I got my card statement, there were two charges for $88.47, and two charges for $89.95, plus $4.95 shipping.  Which is very expensive for me to pay for cosmetics anyway, I am a senior on a fixed income.  I called the card company, they said a refund for $44. had come in. 

I trusted the Rachel Ray recommendation, I would not recommend this product or the company that is pushing it.  I am very dissappointed in Rachel Ray, she should know what these people are doing to her reputation.  I do accept it is my fault I did not see the 14 day cancellation. Please inform clients to read all the fine print.
