I have tried reaching out to this company many, many times and I've had no luck (with the exception of Roxy responding to two of my many emails to them) with getting the issue resolved. I was told that there was a return policy time that they go by. However, when you can't get a response in a timely manner AND they have no phone number for customers to contact them at, how would I be able to return my extensions to them by their allotted time?  I have only received two email responses back from Roxy and both were not kind at all. I ordered the same exact color extensions as I purchased three years ago and even though they looked like the same color on the internet, they were not the same in color. Roxy let me know that her company changed this color and they no longer offer the extensions in the same color and for the sale price I bought them at. She explained to me that I could pay an EXTRA $103 if I wanted the same ones I ordered three years ago! I couldn't believe what I was reading! When I decided to just agree to paying the extra money so I could just receive my purchase and send back the wrong ones I have now, I asked Roxy how to go about working this out and if I needed to make payment another way since I'm not actually making another full purchase, she again did not respond to my many emails. I am now over trying to reach Roxy OR this company. If their company decided to make a change on the color of certain extensions while keeping them under the same color name than there should be something under that extension color that states this. Some customers (like myself) don't order often and we would not know that a change was made on the extension color unless the company had a clause under that exact extension color wanted. This company needs to take classes on how customers should be treated and the response time on getting back with the customer who has reached out to their company.
