On October 3, 2014, I ordered a Salon Set of hair extensions. According to their website, if I pay extra they will rush the production of my order and it will only take 2-1/2 weeks to create, which I did just to be safe since my wedding was in 2 months.
7 WEEKS later, and my order still states "Awaiting Fullfillment." I have emailed them 7 or 8 times requesting status, but all my emails have gone unanswered. Their phone has been disconnected.
My wedding is in 2 weeks and I am furious. My last email simply requested that, if they did not believe they could fulfill my order before my wedding day, to PLEASE let me know ahead of time so that I could TRY to purchase extensions some place else. I also requested a refund of my Rush Order, since they have been unable to produce what they said they would do, which was to finish my extensions within 2-1/2 weeks. Still, no response.
