Hello Gorgeous Never received product, several emails not returned Internet
I ordered a set of extensions from this company early august and I believe they pursued me to do so under false pretenses by sending me several emails announcing a sale, I have ordered products from them before so thought all was legit... I sent an inquiry about color selection and got a response, so I ordered... the amount was taken from my debit card immediately but several days later Mastercard declined the charge because my information was entered wrong... I received an email from hello gorgeous to please reorder and that they were extending the coupon code, so hurry! That was august 24th. I also purchased rush delivery and according to the website that meant my product would be shipped in 5 weeks. It is now 14 weeks later and I have sent several emails with no response. No more emails from them soliciting, they may possibly be out of business... Also they have changed email addresses and stopped posting on HG Facebook page...The site is still up and running, the credit card company's are still letting this company use their services, still taking orders... I just ordered a set from another company... I believe that I'm out $272.98... Not sure if I have any recourse!
