upon contacting the BBB and filing a complaint, HC Processing placed my account in dispute, supposedly sent me a letter and the BBB considered this resolved. I DID NOT accept the Company's responce and stated so. How on earth are we as consumers to get a fair chance if the BBB won't even follow through on the efforts I am putting forth to get this straightened out? I am so confused now . I thought the BBB was here to keep these Businesses in check.
