HeNan Xiangrui is a scam company asking business owners to come to china to sign contracts on a very large order. Once there they have you through celebration parties and get you to pay (or "split) very high notary and currency exchange fees - this is know as "the big order scam" and very effective to people believing they will go to china and become millionaires when this contract gets signed. Beware of this company - and companies like them - as there are MANY companies doing this in China - see below:
