hengjingguoji Finvorrw.club Frtyusgf.com ordered the Smoker as advertised/smoker not delivered but they sent me a hair Ball keychain value of .41cents. Regions investigated my complaint Hood RIVER, OR USA OR
returned my 104.99 until they recieved false documentation that I received merchandise from them. I DID NOT recieve the SMOKER priced at 104.00 incl shipping , I received a Hair Ball keychain value of .41 cents. The bank will not refund my money because they said I recieved merchandise from this company. Upon research of the company I discovered other people had the same problems and were scammed/ripped off too.
the email does not work nor does the companies messenger or anything. also i noted that this Facebook account was created in May,2019. Can you help? we are elderly senior citizens and feel that not only did the China people scam us but our Bank is taking advantage of us also, the Bank Fraud investigator said I should mail the Hair Ball back to the company and IF they send documentation that its been recieved they will reopen my claim. I also discovered that many others recieved things like finger pupets, slinky toy, etc instead of their grills, smokers,etc.
