HENRY MECH AAA TEXAS IS A SCAM DOES NOTHING BUT TAKE MONEY Internet
ON 8/25/2016 I LOST MY CAR KEYS. Being a member of AAA Texas for 19 yrs I thought I would call AAA and I would be fine. This all started at 6:15pm. Talked to the rep and I was told that AAA had only 1 locksmith handling the entire population of DFW, and he wont be working until Monday, then I was told to tow my car back home. now realize I had lost my keys, they sent the first Tow Truck within 15 mins. the driver opened the car door and said he couldnt tow the car because he couldnt get the car in neutral. he left which automatically cancelled the order, i then caled AAA again. this is now around 6:45pm. i was told a special truck was coming within a hour. well from 6:45pm until 11:30pm when the tow truck finally came!!! but the driver said he came from Gainesville!!! and he didnt need ANY special equipment and put my car on the bed in less than 15 mins. i thought AAA was a reputable Company!! than on Friday morning I had to pay a locksmith $270 for a new key. why am I paying these rip off artists every year?? why do they have 1 locksmith in the entire DFW area and why does AAA have only 1 tow truck in the entire DFW area???
