Henshaw Enterprises Dba Factory Direct Greenhouse Green House Buyers Be Aware!!Unable to ship ordered item then won't refund order-won't answer phone or email!!! Ripoff Cibolo Texas
I ordered a space saver shelf from Factory Direct Greenhouse on July 20th. A day later, I get an email from Patrick Henshaw stating the shelf cost too much to ship?!? He offers to find another shelf that comparable to sell. I'd emailed Patrick a shelf I liked, and he said it won't be a problem to get it and ship the shelf to me.
A week goes by with no response, so I email him about if there has been any progress. I get an email that the new shelves should ship tomorrow, and the tracking numbers will be emailed to me. A few days later, I didn't receive the tracking numbers. I emailed Patrick but never got a response.
I tried calling the company for three days and even left messages! I never got a call back. I then notified my bank to investigate the charge and hopefully get the charge of $ 56.90 back. The same day I call the greenhouse and finally get someone. They said Patrick was not emailing, because he's out of town. Then tell the shelves have been out of stock ( never bothered to email me with that info.) I tell them if they can't ship them, then I want a refund. He assured me the shelves were going out tomorrow.
I get a email (FINALLY) from Patrick that was a little sarcastic, and he stated the refund would be processed that day. I waited a week for the refund to post and never did!! I emailed Patrick, and he emailed back saying he would check into it. Now, there is still no refund, and I can't get a hold of him through email or phone number.
Now I wait for the bank to go after my money!!!
Don't do business with them until they can prove there are a legitimate company.

I received the refund from Patrick months ago. I'm sorry the complaint hasn't been updated. Factory Direct Greenhouse is a reputable company and will order form them again. Joe

Joseph had a right to be upset, his refund took far too long for him to receive. He was very patient and we are sorry that the manufacturer decided to discontinue the item, due to the high freight cost, without notifying us. This is not how we normally treat our valued customers.
