Herb Chambers ripoff given me bad credit not helpful TWO NEW VEHICLES no help Auburn Massachusetts
My husband and I purchased TWO new vehicles from Herb Chambers, Auburn in Nov'03. i was reluctant to go back to this dealer as I had a bad expierience before ( i bought a used car which FAILED the insurance inspection the day I drove it off the lot)
It is now April and I have been getting letters and phone calls from the bank I had my prior vehicle financed thru (which i traded into Herb Chamber) the bank is telling me i owe them money and they are going to sue me if I do not pay within a few days. Bottom line... Herb Chambers shorted my payoff, and I have the paperwork to back it!! They keep giving me the run-around and tell me there is nothing they can do and I am responsible for the payment to the bank!! I DON"T THINK SO!!!!
A "manager" said he would get back to me tomorrow, even though it is his "day off" (So sorry for the inconvienience!!) i phoned a lawyer today, and am prepared to go as far as I have too with this! I know I am not the first to complain about this dealer, nor will I be the last!! I never thought buying 2 new vehicles, could cause me so much greif!! i have never had bad credit and I can't believe that now I will because of them (which I will fight also!!)
