I placed an order from this individual who came highly recommended.
Approximately, one month later after not receiving my order, I inquired about it on the only company place to do it. His Facebook page. I was told by other customers that the owner was very ill and did read a post from his wife that said he was ill and wouldn't be on the page for a while. Here it is six weeks later and no response from anyone representing him or his company.
I paid thru PayPal and filed a claim. He has my money, but I have no idea if and when he will return to refund my money. Several other customers have complained/inquired about not receiving their products or refund and they just get chastised from other members on the site for not being “caring”.
There has been absolutely no communication from him. Buyer beware! There is absolutey no recourse.

First of all, Mr. Forager or whatever your real name is based on the many aliases you used on your website, I did FINALLY get my money back no thanks to you. I only received it after: 1. filing a claim with Paypal, 2. escalating that claim with Paypal, 3. waiting for Paypal to investigate that claim and then 4. awarding me the claim.
If the incident you are describing put you in jail and made national news, I find it odd that none of your UK customers new about it. Even if it was true, that is not an excuse for never responding to your customers who were out money or product. Your wife said she was taking care of things, but nothing ever happened. I would have appointed someone to act on my behalf.
I too, am a one man business person and I would have never run my business the way that you have. Con artist is what you are sir and sounds like jail is a good place for you, to stay! Your rebuttal speaks for itself.

firstly I am a one man band, I fell ill with a brain tumour yet kept going for 14 months during treatment, then I got sent to jail, and before you jump on your high horse , I stopped 2 men from beating a whippet puppy on the side of the road and got into an altercation with them and damaging them, they called the police and I was later arrested , and despite there being many witnesses the criminal prosecution here in the UK decided that as they were Gay and Immigrants to persue a charge would cause racial tension and homophobia tension, so they went scot free , I however was charged with grievous bodily harm and actual bodily harm, and did 11 weeks jail, during jail I collapsed with a bloodclot and spent quite some time in hospital chained to a bed and an officer , (you try getting better sleeping like that) this is not just a fabrication on my part it made national news etc and everyone rooting for me, however when I got out the first thing I did if you go onto the page was sort out back orders etc , and for your imformation the paypal disputes were paid so you are actually telling lies and yes I can take screen shots of all transactions if I really have to, so despite your vitroil etc I can honestly say hand on heart that I hope you never have to go through what I did , and if by some bad luck you do then I sincerley hope you dont come across people like your self
