Heritage Woodcrafters "Rich" Egotistical, inexperienced, scam artist Internet
Okay, the deal is, is that I worked two days on sub contract for this guy, he took in a job way over his head and sub-contracted most of the job to everyone else, even though his wife owns an "established" company. He has no idea what he is doing, as his profession is siding. Not building.
Poorly planned building process, an " I don't give a F***" demeanor had started problems on the work site, his ethics of safety are questionable, and he does not follow OSHA, at all.
Proper tools are required for certain tasks and all he had to accomplish a certain task was an automotive gear crank jack. Unprofessional. This is the tip of the iceberg of the many problems concerning construction code while on site and once a question was raised about it he immediately threatened to break contract and "send you the F* home".
I have worked in the construction industry for only 6 years, and only seen such a con artist money leeching contractor like this once. He may seem to display good work and have great references, but anyone can be paid off to sell pictures of fine work on their homes and answer a phone call with a positive false reference.
