Herman Cook Volkswagen ripoff Encinitas California
Volkswagen will not honor its 10 year 100,0000 mile power train warranty. I had a water pump leak. Water pumps come under VW's power train warranty but Herman Cook Volkswagen would not cover the repair on the warranty without evidence of oil service every 5,000 miles.
