Hershey Gifts Took my big Christmas in November now they can't ship... Internet Internet
As I have in the past, I order about a thousand dollars of Hershey gifts for my customers. This november, I ordered the same amount of their Hershey's golden Almond bars ( that's three hundred bars ) via the internet. when I ordered these, The notice on their site said, "In Stock...". a week later, after not hearing anything from Hershey Gift,..No email, no phone call, no nothing...
I called and asked status of my order...
I was told they were out of stock and would be getting the product in and would ship it on December 11,...THEY NEVER ALERTED ME THAT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK...After complaining and requesting a "supervisor" i did finally reach somebody named Calvin, who told me he was assured by the warehouse that the back in stock date was December 11. He even phoned me with that information later in the week....
Today, December 11, I have had the runaround and no-one has ever heard of a Calvin...and still no product in the warehouse. One customer service rep named Denny even put me on hold and then disconnected my call after 15 minutes. I called back and got a nice person named Jeanne who eventually told me the truth...It didn't look good for my order...She offered more expensive gifts but none have any "character" and so I pased....But really...
I will never deal with this company again. They handled this situation poorly
and the untrue stories they gave me which have caused me to go elsewhere
should not go unpunished..
I warn you, if you buy from Hershey Gift...make certain you don't need your order in a timely fashion...You may not get it...
