I have filed a complaint with BBB on this matter. HP sent in a rebuttal that quotes a 2nd conversation that NEVER took place. HP told BBB that I had been instructed by 2 Case Managers to send back the computer for repairs. Not quite true, HP! Your Case Manager, Greg, told me a "2nd opinion would be given by a 2nd Case Manager with in 48 hrs. Greg told me the 2nd Case Manager (unnamed) would contact me by phone within 48 hrs of the initial conversation. That telephone call NEVER happened! At the rate this is going, I will probably end up with an attorney, seeking a resolution to this problem through the legal system. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT do business with this company! They are definately NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!! I'm sure there will be more to follow.

The story continues! The computer was purchased thru Walmart. The HP Case Resolution Case Worker informed me that if I wanted a replacement or refund for their faulty computer, I should go to Walmart to get it. This info was given to me on 6/6/11. I have passed this on to corporate Walmart - who may or may not be too happy with having to pay for the mistakes that HP makes in the manufacturing of faulty computers.
