After purchasing a 32" TV back in 2004, I had to go through 5 deliveries before I received a new, undamaged one. Yes, I was able to contact people within HHGregg to get it resolved, but it was very difficult. I guess I was lucky. Read on. Because I got satisfaction last time, I didn't have a problem purchasing another TV from them in Oct/06. Under their 30 day price guarantee, I was to get any difference in price that they (or any other store) offered. Unfortunately, HHGregg doesn't honor their own best prices (had a Store Manager tell me it was illegal to do so!). After three messages to the headquarters in Indianapolis, I never received a single call back from the Cincinnati Regional Manager. Same thing that probably happened to you, Linda. It seems that they have absolutely no customer service after you are out the 14 day return policy. I do get the feeling that they will not be in business much longer. I too have stopped shopping HHGregg. It's just not worth the hassle. Shop the "others."
