On 9/13/06 HH Gregg customer service emailed me and stated that we would be contacted by GE to set up an appoitment for a different service rep. We then received a call from Mr. Lee, NOT a different service rep, and he stated that he tried to call us the morning of 9/14/06 as he was on his way to service our washing machine, we explained that we had not made an appoitment for that day, as much as we wished we had, he stated the appoitment was made by GE, however noone ever informed us of any appoitment. He stated this was a common problem so we then scheduled directly with him for today, 9/19/06 between 8am and 5pm, he called us at around 2pm to say "he just wanted to let us know that he no longer services LG machines". 4 WEEKS later and we still have a useless washing machine and are no closer to a solution than day one. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HH GREGG! We would have been better off to just donate that $1700.00 to charity and have kept our 12 year old washing machine purchased from Sears, atleast it worked!
