I purchased an Onkyo home theatre system in March 2004 from HHGregg in Beavercreek Ohio. In Oct 2004 it quit working. I took the unit into the Beavercreek store. They sent it to their service center in Indianapolis IN. They have had the unit ever since. They have made 3 attempts to fix it all requiring different parts. I asked that they replace the unit. I was told by Mark in beavercreek store he would need to get permission fromom a woman named Deb Burke. I never heard anything bvack from Mark.

I talked witrh Tameka at the Indianapolis customer service center I was promised a phone call back. Tameka never called back. I finally contacted Onkyo headquarters in NY. Ed the customer service rep shipped the needed part overnight to Indianapolis. This waas at the end of Nov. It is now Dec 18th. I still have never hasd a single call from anyone at HHGregg to give me an update or apolovgize in anyway for the unreasonble service time on my unit. Finally I called Indianapolis on Sat Dec 18th and instructed them to just send the unit back to my home. HHGregg may have good prices but their products are 2nd rate at best and they certainly cannot service what they sell. Buyer beware price is not everything.
