Hhgregg POOR Service Duluth Georgia
I purchased a Hitachi 50" LCD on Oct 04, 2003. Since then the Optical Light engine has failed 2 times. Each time I place a call and they are out within 7 days. But both times they said they have to order the parts and will be back in 10 days. Both times over 25 days have passed and no phone calls to schedule a visit. Atlanta has a Hatiachi Parts distribution wharehouse located here, so it should not take over 4 weeks to order a part. However, when I call to complain, the part by miracle shows up the next day. I chose hhgregg to purchase my tv because of their excellant reputation for service in the MidWest. So far I am not impressed with them at all.
