i purchased a matching washer and dryer for the past two days they supposedly said my dryer is in but they don't seem to know where my washer is it has been atleast five days. I did'nt mention there policy which states if we don't have your product we will instead give you a greater value product but when i call i get more run around than at a race track I will be purchasing somewhere else from now on ... ie) some one that hold up to their word and this happened with my fridge that was on a seperate order.

I too have had some problems with H.H.Greg. While I was living in Newark OH, there was a store there that my fiance and I spent rather large amounts of money. Managers came and went as did the customer service that we received whenever we stepped in the door. One of the main products that I am trying to get worked on was my Kenwood head-deck for my car. This company is very big about sending everything off to some sort of manufacter or service center and they send it back with the same answer that you already knew "It's broke and there's no way that we can fix it." All the while you wait for several weeks on end for the same answer to an obvious problem- "It doesn't work." But everyone should remember that this company is part of the Better Business Bereau. This company takes your complaints on this company as a serious matter and puts a black mark against them. It makes it harder for them to claim certain things such as "#1 in customer service". (Which we all know is a load of bull). But do not be afraid to look behind thier counter for that little plaque that hangs on the wall that has the B.B.B. listed on it....GIVE THEM A CALL! It may not make your part show up faster but it helps to put a strike against someone that has no clue on how to take care of the customer!
