Walmart and now hhgregg could care less if you are having a problem and not satisfied. Because us unsatisfied people are only 1%. The 1 percenters. Why would they care? For every one of us there are 100 people right behind us who are like sheep and will simply put up with their ripoffs. These companys are much too big to have personal customer care. Thank you for agreeing and adding your information.

This is why I don't shop at H H Gregg. They sell mostly overpriced, inferior merchandise, they treat customers like dirt and their so called customer service is non existent. I rank them right up there (down there?) with Walmart.

have you contacted them yet? Sounds like the 3 year warranty isn't good until the mfr's warranty expires,
The info should be in your owners manual.
