Hidden Brains AKA Hidden Brains Infotech Overpriced, ripoff, bad customer service, unresponsive poor developers, unqualified Gujarat Internet
I assigned a big project to this company and initially I like how they worked with me and my partner in outlining everything. However, as time went on things get worse and worse. 8 Months into it I am still not even close to being satisfied and out roughly $40,000.00 to these criminals. My latest problem is something so simple as to add facebook login upon signup on the website and mobile app which I have wanted since the begining. Guess what? The lead developer continually ask me what is facebook login? How do I do that? Are you F***ing Serious! I have been dealing with numbskulls like this for many months now and my head is about to explode. I have asked over and over again for file names .xcodeproj all project folders and project files. Stay clear of this company unless you want your wallet to be burned through faster than an overpriced strip club in vegas with nothing to show for it when everything is done. There are still good developers over in India; I know this because I found another team who I am working with on other projects. Google searchers for cheap app development beware of this piss por business called Hidden Brains. I will remove this if Hidden Brains assigns a better team of developers, all with a degree from IIT or another top Tech School.
