It's been a while since my last update and have been very busy dealing with a sick elderly family member.
Recently we had to file a libel/slander lawsuit against Northwest Building Resources Inc. DBA Richmark Gutter company for their egregious lies against me. They didnt defend their work because they knew they were caught lying and doing piss poor work.
Recently we had our first round of depositions against the company after they deposed me for seven hours.
We deposed two of their people..
1- Mark Gifford- Mark Gifford is the manager of Richmark Gutter company and was its previous owner before selling the company to Northwest Building Resources..
2- Andy Nichols- Andy Nichols is one of the sons whos father gave him part of the family business. This deposition was almost laughable if it wasnt so disgusting.
I will post copys of the deposition when I have them so the public can see how much this man lied.
Throughout the posts on ripoffreport pertaining to Richmark Gutter Company the owner of the company made many lying and slanderous posts.
As you can see in the link above several posts were made by the author "HILLIARD COMMONS" When reading these posts from " Hilliard Commons" the public would think the condo association wrote the comments to support this company. This is untrue. When Andy Nichols (owner) was asked about these posts he admitted under oath he made them and falsified using "Hilliard Commons" as the owner.
THIS IS SICKENING... I TRULY THOUGHT HE HAD HIS FRIEND ON THE BOARD POST THESE TO FIND OUT HE WAS DECIEVING THE PUBLIC BY LYING ABOUT WHO POSTED THESE..
Then when asked about a couple of the lies posted about me and where he got his information he said " Roger Lewis" and James "Krajcik"
Roger Lewis is Richmark Gutter Companys salesman who lives on site here and friends with the board president James Krajcik...
James Krajcik is the former board president but still remains on the board although he has spent telling everyone the last 6 years including myself how its to stressful on his health. ( LOOKING FOR PITTY YET HE GETS OUT SEVERAL TIMES A DAY TO DRIVE THE PROPERTY AND RUN ERRANDS DRIVING A PICKUP TRUCK SUPPOSEDLY WITH BAD KNEES.. )
We also found our Roger Lewis the friend of the board president who pushed to get him the contract ( and they wernt even the lowest bid) recieved 7-8% for filling out the bid and giving it his friend to accept.
HERES THE BIG PROBLEM..
In his complaints the owner also said the contract is a 100k project done over 3 years-phase 1-phase two phase 3. That is correct.
But what he didnt tell everyone is a bid is put in for each phase and each bid is over 100k. Tow parts already done and they are now getting a bid ready for phase 3..
totaling over 300k..
SO LETS TAKE A LOK AT THIS ..
ROGER LEWIS WHOS RETIRED AND DOING THIS AS A SIDE BUSINESS GIVES HIS FRIEND JAMES KRAJCIK (BOARD MEMBER) A BID FOR OVER 100K TWICE AND HE ACCEPTS IT.
THEN FOR DOING THIS HE GETS $7000-$8000 COMMISION FOR EACH PHASE AS PART OF HIS COMMISION..
AND THE WORK WAS CONFIRMED AS CRAPPY AND THEY HAD TO NOT ONLY GO BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEMS I POINTED OUT BUT THE CONDO ASSOCIATION ALSO HIRED ANOTHER ROOFER TO FIX THEIR SLOPPY WORK.....
THEN AFTER BEING EXPOSED FOR THEIR SLOPPY WORK THEY FILE A BOGUS COUNTERSUIT FOR 1 MILLION.
I WILL BE POSTING THE LIES THAT WERE EXPOSED DURING DEPOSITIONS BY THIS OWNER AND THIS WILL SHOW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THEY RUN AND HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE..
One last note..
In the above link there also also comments from so called customers.. THE OWNER ADMITTED HE POSTED UNDER THEIR NAMES AND ASKED WHY ... "I DONT KNOW"
SO NOW EVERYONE CAN SEE THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND IM ANXIOUS TO GET THIS IN FRONT OF THE WORLD SO THAT EVERYONE CAN SEE NOT ONLY DID THESE PEOPLE DO CRAPPY WORK BUT THEY LIED ABOUT ME....
