Complaint Review: Hillview Family Care - Todd North Carolina

Now the latest thing Roger Greer and his administrater Debbie Hart of both Hillview and Mountain Living, have resorted to is threatening employees who let the cat out of the bag that they are not deducting taxes from paychecks of employees. This includes quite probably Social Security and workers comp. This was verified to me by a friend working at Mountain Living. She made the mistake of telling it on Facebook and what followed were letters unsigned and unaddressed threatening members of her family,  along with threatenig phone calls whose number could not be traced, coming allegedly from the family of Debbie Hart. It is my understanding there was a police report filed with the Ashe county sheriff's department. 

In view of the job offer Debbie Hart offered me shortly before I was made homeless by them an offer of 7 days a week 12 hours, with no days off and the pay 200 dollars a week and me pay my own taxes, a nice under the table deal,  I have no reason to doubt that they were indeed up until a week or so ago not deducting any taxes of any kind from employees paychecks and should be prosecuted for tax evasion by the IRS. 

This is in addition to reports of abuse of patients at Mountain Living the home Roger Greer is also the owner of in which patients were slapped and hit. My information is this almost got Mr. Greer and Ms. Hart in more trouble than they wish to think about from the family of the man who was slapped.

 If people who have nothing any better than to read this crap then maybe they should take a trip up to the doublewide where these too Queens lived. FREE for 3 years without paying one red cent. 

Perhaps anonymous  should learn the meaning of words before they start running their mouths since neither my daughter nor I have ever been a homosexual and that can get you sued.

I have already covered the FREE crap. sounds like to me someone got rent in advance with that 10 thousand he scammed up front,  if that is what he wanted to claim and did an ILLEGAL EVICTION anyway.

Now after more than a year I have recieved the report on the death of Ms. Mildred McQuire Flynn from the state. I will be including those reports in this rebuttal. The first thing I noticed was the date, shortly before Roger Greer set up his scam of a "not a rental not a buyer seller mess". The second was this report was signed by a PA, not licensed or permitted to sign any death certificate until Oct, 2011 as per this article.  http://www.ncmedboard.org/articles/detail/pas_and_nps_may_now_sign_death_certificates

The next thing which jumps out at me is the statement this woman's nightgown was covered in blood and she was found lying behind a car in the parking lot.

Now the police report from the ashe county sheriff's department contains neither the signature of the investigating officer, nor that of his superior.

These documents may be viewed on my yahoo groups at (((ROR redacted)))  So for a crazy person I have sure amassed a lot of evidence that something was rotten at Hillview which costed my daughter and I,  a heck of a lot of money which roger Greer took  under false pretenses and left us homeless.

If the ripoff report protects consumers first amendment right to speech, then who protects consumers from people who get on here and lie about good people? They should be a law about getting on the internet and lying. and also for her information Hill View Family Care Homes are not and I repeat not mobil homes they are Modular Homes, and there is a difference. But, of course we will look over her because Im sure she don't know the difference.

I have worked at Hill View Family Care Home and I just wanted everybody to know that the lady and her daughter who is writing this crap needs help! Hill View is a wonderful place for the residents to live. They are loved and treated with respect. I have worked for, Roger and Debbie and was treated like somebody. All workers were treated the  same! This bull crap she is telling should be stopped!!! I cant believe this crazy page would even let someone post this stuff. I worked there several years and I know the lady missing was a made up story. Janet you keep saying in your investigation, well in everybody opinion we could care less what you think.You should be took to Broughton, you and your daughter. If people who have nothing any better than to read this crap then maybe they should take a trip up to the doublewide where these too Queens lived. FREE for 3 years without paying one red cent. But be prepared You will need gloves, masks, and boots. I don't think she has any right to talk about anybody else, she needs to get her own life together and leave everybody else alone!!!!

   This person is trying to bring down the owner of this facility for reasons that is non related to this business. She, the reporter of this false information, has never worked at this facility or had relatives residing there.  It is a fact that this patient died of a heart attack. People are protected by HIPPA, so that is why you can't access that information, lady. Trust me people, I work in the health field and if the state does not find something wrong then their findings are based on proof of evidence. The state does not play around and they are very strict.  I am not at liberty to discuss this patient, but I will tell you that the woman reporting this is lying and really knows nothing about this situation. There is proof by her actions that she has a vendetta because this incident happened in 2006 and she is doing a ripoff report in 2012. Let that speak for itself. Thank you.  

Don't listen to this crazy lady, she is just upset b/c the owner of this property was her landlord, and after months of non-payment of rent, he finally got her evicted.  She destroyed his rental property, to the point where it is no longer livable.  She is just a woman scorned trying to get revenge.  There is absolutely no credibility to any of her rip off reports. 

She should be banned from posting lies on this website.  I guess she failed to mention in her report that she has a lawsuit coming her way for defamation and slander against this owner and his business.  She just posted on this website, before she receives her summons and goes to court and is forced by the judge to keep her mouth shut.
