We booked our travel through Expedia and our booking was prepaid. we were late to check in and once we got to the room, we just went to sleep. In the morning, my son used the bathroom and the bathroom door handle was just hanging and it flew and hit him in the forehead. Then I discovered the bathroom door was off the rails and the railing was broken. There was no lock to the bathroom either. I was pissed off and went to the front desk. First the manager was busy and then it took him 30 minutes to talk to the front desk lady and never even approached me or aplogised or any comments, nonesoever. Instead of asking credit or anything for that night, I just wanted to get out of the hotel and go somewhere else and they refused to give me credit and said I have to call Expedia. I insisted on having them call Expedia and confirm my refund and advise the non-rentable situation or condition of the room. Everything was done and now I find that I have been charged full price and moreover that I was charged for parking for the day we didn't stay also. When I called back, I was told that we never checked out of the hotel and the charge is valid. I have a copy of the bill of the hotel we checked into but no help. The employees and management of Hilton Anaheim was so unprofessional. I would recommend everyone to not to stay at any HILTON hotels worldwide. If you are a human and don't like to ripped off and it's your hard earned money.
