Another name they use is Hilton Head Hospility. I advise all to have NOTHING to do with these scum. Do not take them up on ANY offer. DO NOT Give them your credit card, debit card, cash, check, money order or anything but a hard time. They will steal, lie and cheat you any way they can. They are NO GOOD. Contact police and law enforcement if they take advantage of you. Do not even let them get your credit card number. You will be sorry. Their cheap getaway vacations can cost you both arms and two legs. Warn your family, friends, neighbors about the Hilton Head Hospility Group of Ripoff companies. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY THING THEY TELL YOU. thumper

I already knew that Condos were a RIP-OFF! It is like you have to pay the same stuff that homeowners pay AND you have to pay the same stuff that you did when you were renting an apartment only they call it a "common area maintenance fee" and I have never seen one with a ceiling imposed. What that amounts to is you are paying for the AIR inside because the real estate developer in the guise of a corporation and a puppet manager actually OWNS the physical premises. SO YOU ARE RIPPED OFF! A time share is a place WHERE YOU HAVE TO PAY THE MORTGAGE, ETC.JUST SO YOU CAN USE THE PLACE A COUPLE OF DAYS TO A COUPLE OF WEEKS A YEAR????????????????????????? WHAT KIND OF RIP-OFF IS THIS???????????????????? NO THANKS! I THINK PEOPLE HAD BETTER FIND OUT JUST WHAT IT IS THEY ARE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR AND AVOID THE TIME SHARE RIP OFF ALTOGETHER!
