By the time I realized the were destroying my home it was too late. Damaged the paint and my swimming pool. Left debris and nails everywhere. Roof looks like crap. Crooked, bent, Dented and missing flashing. Looks like they damaged it on purpose when I complained about their shoddy work. After 5 months of misery I gave up and hired a lawyer. Should have taken two weeks. Now I will have to replace the roof again. Hippo refused to fix it and warranty company wont fix due to improper installation. Owners of the company are convicted felons along with most of their crew. Many complaints online yet they seem to be getting away with it. I found out that they now have two corporations with the same name out of nevada so that when they get caught they can file the company into bankruptsy and just keep on ripping people off.
MARTINSVILLE, Ind. - A federal grand jury has indicted a well-regarded Morgan County couple in connection with an alleged scheme to defraud lending and financial institutions outside the state of more than $115,000.William L. Stillwell, 50, and Wanda J. Stillwell, 49, were charged this week on a single count of wire fraud.
Attached to both William L Stillwell and Wanda Stillwell (Case No. 6:04-ap-00266-ABB Trull v. Stillwell et al) and William B Stillwell (Case No. 6:04-ap-00092-ABB Trull v. Stillwell) a lawsuit with the following allegations of:Conversion of Corporations Assets. Imbezzlement.Wrongful Death. Fraud. Consipiracy. Diversion of Business Opportunity. In this claim it appears that the Bill and Wanda Stillwell were hired by a Robert Shane Trull to run his business while he was ill. He was 37 and had heart disease and was a candidate for a heart transplant. In the interim of of about 2.5 years the Stillwell’s embezzled $1.6 million dollars from Mr. Trull. It appears that they had their children William B Stillwell (Brian) and Brittany Gutierrez set up bogus corporations and were writing checks to their businesses. After embezzling the money Mr. Trull did not have the money for his heart transplant - HE DIED! Mrs. Trull sued them all and got a judgement against Brian and Brittany with the promise of not pursuing criminal charges against them. There was a Summary Judgement Hearing scheduled on this case on 1-08-04 - The Stillwell's filed bankruptcy the day before the hearing on 1-07-04 and included this lawsuit in their bankruptcy.
