HIT Web Design Heritage Web Solutions REFUSED TO GIVE REFUND AND THEY NEVER FINISHED MY SITE, Internet
I started this awful process in the 3rd week of June, I was told I was on a "fast track" to finish my site so it would be done in 2-3 weeks. 2 MONTHS later it was still NOT done. I contacted my rep numerous times and was always promised it would be done "this week". Finally August 31st I contacted a supervisor by the name of Carlos. He told me I would get a refund of the $500 I paid in. I told him I thought it was $650 but I would check. 2 days later I left him a voice-mail that yes he was correct it was $500 and gave my address to send the refund.
NO ANSWER......I left another voice-mail and sent an e-mail that it had been over 4 weeks since we spoke and still no refund. Then he tells me "Oh sorry......you are out of the refund period." SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! I have all the e-mails to prove it and will also be contacting the BBB and my attorney. This company is so unethical, please stay away you will never get your site up!
ONE MORE THING.......One day when I was on the phone with my Rep. Kaden, I heard a bell and then yelling in the background, of course I asked what was that. He told me it was that a site went up (live) HOW SCARY IS THAT.....they celebrate what they should do anyway, that is what they are supposed to be doing. McDonald's employees do not celebrate each burger, a doctor each surgery it is WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!
