HIT WEBDESIGN THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH-DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Provo, Utah
This company sucks and I have never been through such an unprofessional ordeal in my life. I purchase a 4 page website on September 24, and they have been the slowest ever. The site cost 1250$ and I chose the payment plan of half down and a 100 a month (950$ before I cut my losses) and its February and they still haven't completed it, but they still tried to get me to pay it in full as well as pay additional cost for everything and anything.
Hit Web Design will continue to string you along for additional money and you will never get to tech support, they always have 20-30 people on hold and if you do get someone they will send you straight to voice mail, not a supervisor. It has been 4 months and such a headache and nothing but problems. Then to come to find out when I cancel my credit card, I found an additional charge of 19.99$ for miscellaneous expenses from them. Cut your losses, if your dealing with them and fila complaint and do your best to get your money back, like I am trying now.
