...and this shows why nobody should work for a company where they disagree with the bosses, or where a company or bosses are doing wrong. It's really tough to move on, but by staying we make life tough for ourselves and we simply make the world a worse place by allowing/encouraging it to continue. Ripoff Report is all about whistle blowers and showing the public the bad companies and bosses. In this Megatech issue, yourself (if you're for real), John Lodato and Tony Williams agreed to go along with it all and represent yourselves as Megatech. That's the big problem for you. I have to assume these are bogus postings. 2 postings, one against the company, then the next against the consumer. Posted on the HMA report (while it is on hold), not the Megatech report? Interesting. Some pro Megatech words for the handling of the situation, before I post my consumer words? Interesting. Yourself, John Lodato and Tony Williams do have the option to talk to Ripoff Report's Ed about Megatech, in fact it would be in your interests to if what you write is true. In fact it would be in your interests to take that information to the police too. A lot of what you write regarding me, the consumer, is wrong. Compensation was an agreement. The product was not reassembled incorrectly (as already described and proven in Tony's text reply). You said the handset was put back together again and it worked fine but Megatech sent a 'different' handset back. I haven't asked for a complete list of free products I'm not sure what you mean. There was a 2 day period somewhere around the BBB time where I thought they might be inclined to resolve the problem for a compensation product, but I said it was an expiring 2 day offer and it would revert back to what I request now / before. They had the option to ignore it, as they did. What this father never saw from Megatech was a product that worked. The father saw the warranty being completely eroded on a product that never worked. The father wants a new replacement product that works. The father wants a full warranty on it (we haven't used a product yet), we paid for it. The father wants the firmly agreed upon compensation. As Megatech has tried to blame their dud out of the box manufactured product on the father, the father wants a simple agreement for a 'fair' independent official witnessed opening of the package and check of operational functionality. The box containing 1 blimp is still sealed awaiting some 'fair' play from Megatech. There is a list of odds and ends that were wrong with the very poorly made Megatech International product that also needs replacing, which is most likely what you were referring to. Only a very mean person or company would say this was a lot. Also consider that this is urgent repairs and compensation for a young child's destroyed birthday and Christmas too. In cost to Megatech, I think the shipping has cost them more than their costs for the product replacements, full agreed compensation and replacement odds and ends. Any good/wise business person/company knows the most cost efficient way to do business. Basically, I think Megatech don't trust their own products and they're scared that I and an independent witness will open the box and find yet another dud. It's all about doing the right thing. If Megatech International hadn't produced so many dud blimp combo products we wouldn't have had a problem. If they hadn't denied and fought it, it wouldn't have got to this current level of my Ripoff Reporting.

Its amazing that you don't ell the truth to what happened. Its always your side. I am the girl you first spoke with. I am keeping my name out of this. I witnessed the events that occured and what you wrote is not accurate. You called the service department and you demanded we send you a blimp. YOu stated on the phone which was recorded, that you took apart the blimp and did not work. YOu were offered a replacement. When the blimp was received it was assembled wrong by you. When it was put back together correctly it worked fine. THe company sent you a free one anyway and told you that we could not offer you an additional one, because you broke the first one. THey still sent you one and then they sent another one after that. YOu got 2 new blimps. YOu broke the second one again and called up after you took apart again and asked for a complete list of free products. After the company said now you weren't happy. At some point some nice people in the service department tried to be kind and give 2 new ones one last time and you were so selfish and cared zero about your son that you declined the offer. And then you have nerve to be upset because after you declined the offer the company refused to give you anything. You got 2 new blimps on top of what you purchased and then the company was going to give you 2 additional again and you declined because you wanted more. I feel bad for your son. Stop wasting time and be their as a father. It's about him not you. Now he has nothing all because you were selfish. That's really sad. The BBB told that the company gave more then enough and you wanted to take a mile. Well I hope you are satisfied. THis will be my only post. I figured the guys in the service department that you listed went above the call of duty to help you and your son, and you screwed it up so you are blaming the world. The reason your letters to everyone have not been answered is BBB and HMA both know the truth. I have 2 kids so am going to spend some time with them. Why don't you do the same...

I am going to keep my name out of this. I worked for the company you mentioned for over 8 years. I was let go. I don't disagree with what you are saying, but their are people you mentioned in your report that have nothing to do with it. The tony guy and the loadato guy. Both of those people tried to help you but they were forced by the powers to be to pull back on the offer. They did not have a choice. THat last phone call you got was because, without the powers to be knowing they tried to see if they could help you one last time. The main reason for the change originally was the 2 service people you mentioned got in a lot of trouble for offering what they did. Give the guys a break. A good example of what is going on with the company is the llodatoo guy got let go because he tried to blow the whitsle on the company for making hazardess, dangerous toys, and even toxic toys. WHen he told the company to stop and that he would not have any part in it they canned him. The tony guy was let go after he was diagnosed with cancer. The powers to be that you mentioned on the report did not want help him out or give him insurance so they fired him. There is so much you don't now. I came across your report and when I read it I kind of felt bad, but I also laughed. YOu have spent so much time fighting this cause, you forgot all about your son. He is whats important. Not all this bull. I remember the lodato guy and the tony guy when I worked their. They did everything for customers and the fact that you through them under the bus without really knowing the truth is not a good human quality. And at this point I would not want anything from a company that sold my son something screwed up especially if they are dangerous. The fact that the service guys offered you so much of all of sudden should have showed they cared. Well hopefully you at least remove their names. They don't deserve it. Well i don't think you will listen to anything I said. Hopefully if have a heart you will give at least the only 2 that actually cared at least the respect to keep them out of it. I can care less on the other people listed. the Company should go under which it is already doing.

I've wanted to update this report for some time, but I've had various problems and some more important issues to deal with recently. I urge any readers to "place on hold" any views they have based on the above prior postings, until they have read updates that will appear below. Thank you. I read my last post that contained the song lyrics. Upon reading the last sentence "Now, get to work!" after posting it (apparently I was in a hurry and didn't re-check it), I can say that wasn't what I wanted to post, or it doesn't read the same way as when it was written (which can often be a problem with text). I apologize if you read it the way I now read it, but I hope you understand what my child and I have had to go through because of Megatech International. Having said that, there was obvious intent to ask you to work on this problem for my child, please, and having said that, I do have a time frame in mind for that tasks completion. I know the task will require some RR study that shouldn't take long, then looking up Megatech on your contacts list, and then dialing the phone number. You will need to talk to Mr. Peter Winston the owner himself, as the VP and below are all involved in the bad business on this Ripoff Report. Mr. Peter Winston will either be in or out, but he will, if he is a modern businessman, be able to call a business of your stature right back within 24 hours. I look forward to your response.
