Holiday Construction & Restoration Romeo Ventura Did not do the work they was paid to do Washington District of Columbia
In November 2017, I was contacted by Mr. Romeo Ventura offering handyman services to us as being a property management company. Mr. Ventura presented himself to be very professional and had great customer service skills. After receiving Mr. Ventura's proposal to replace 3 windows I accepted his proposal and paid him the 50% deposit. After receiving the money Mr. Ventura kept rescheduling the appointment date he was suppose to begin work.
After 3 weeks and 4 altered start dates I canceled the contract and requested a refund of my money paid. So far Mr. Ventura has been giving me the run arounds and haven't paid me back any of the money I paid. If you receive a call from this guy or someone claiming to be from this company Holiday Construction & Restoration based in Washington, DC learn from my mistake and do not do business with them.
