holiday inn vacations formerly escapes at galveston fraudlent sales and activities for timeshares Nationwide
We bought a timeshare from esacapes at galveston in 2007, holdiay inn then bought the properties and have since increased the price of the timeshare, the yearly fees have doubled and thye have been unable to produce a contract that states they are able to do this. have repeatedly ask that they provide their copy of the contract for comparison. they have stated they do not have the contract only details. i have the original contract but they refuse to honor those terms, they are frauds
