On July 1st of 2017 I purchased a time share at Villas Sol in Costa Rica. Holiday Systems was supposed to mail my discount travel package within 5-10 business days. After the horrible 3 hour tour I signed the papers in good faith expecting all the savings. I explained to the sales representative that I was about to move and if they could expedite the mailing of my package. I never received any package. Phone calls, emails. I made a change of address and often checked the post office but nothing arrived. Seven months later I was able to get a number from American Express to contact them since I had started a dispute over the charges for fraud. I just spoke to Maria the customer service representative at holiday systems that was very impatient and rude. She couldn’t care less about assisting me. She gave me my log in info after 7 months, said that I would no longer get my package and card and that I should find travel info online. I looked up for air tickets and resorts to Brazil only to find out that holiday system would charge me a lot more then any other airlines or resorts. I can purchase round trip to Londrina Brazil for $750 with holiday systems they charge $2,300. On top of all this stress they informed me that my membership will expire in July of 2018 and that I will need to pay $100 monthly fee. Wow this was the worst experience ever. Constant disputes with my credit card company. Horrible customer care service from Villas Sol in Costa Rica and Holiday System. Extremely disappointed
