On June 14, 2013 at 5:35 PM Hollywood Kia Jonathan Levy delivered a 1995 Ford Bronco on a flatbed truck to my home the car was purchased for $4950 plus tax totaling $5586 via ebay paid electronically via paypal. It was described as being in good condition via Ebay sellers description. upon inspection of the vehicle it was found to have a severe radiator leak rendering the vehicle undriveable as the engine will blow with no water. Rear tailgate can't be open due the rusted window motor front windows not working properly and doors do not open with the keys provided there was no A/C , power steering does not function. 4 wheel drive selector broken and not funtioning. the alternator is not charging and the car is not drivable I made several attempts to contact Jonathan Levy, owner of Hollywood Kia more than 32 times. they rejected my calls hung up on me and laughed and said we know how to play PayPal Good luck.

After disputing the claim with PayPal the seller has responded and I have been advised by PayPal to dispute the charge with First National Bank of South Florida in addition to report Hollywood Kia Jonathan Levy to the police department and to the Internet crimes unit. First National Bank of South Florida advised that I must file a police report with Miami-Dade Police Department disputing the purchase of $5586.00. The vehicle is undrivable the dealership refuses to pick the vehicle up and the cost of repairs to make the vehicle drivable are in excess of $2600 For that reason I am disputing $2586 against the transaction. This was an Internet-based transaction and I have been advised by eBay and PayPal to report Jonathan Levy and Hollywood Kia in this crime. Switch and bait

You send off your money to buy some stupid, dumb used car you've never seen. The ONLY means you use to evaluate this thing is pictures on a computer screen, words in an e-mail and maybe a voice on the other end of a phone call. Anybody with HALF A BRAIN knows the problems of buying a USED car. You take it to the extreme of buying a USED car you've NEVER seen, NEVER test driven, NEVER heard the engine run, NEVER checked body fit/finish/damage, NEVER checked each accessory. You send your mo eh off to somebody you don't know for this! Am I ever, ever impressed by you people who do this! Get to a doctor soon and get a prescription to increase your COMMON SENSE!
