I emailed this company at least 20 times over a week or more and never got a response. I visted their site and saw no such statement about lost emails. How do you lose 20 emails from one person? I also ordered the costume at least 4 weeks before Halloween. The only email I ever got from the company was confirming my order. Their phones are either busy or they put you on hold and the call is NOT toll free. I stand by what I stated. Beware of this company!

We have served over 2 million people this year alone. During Halloween season we receive thousands of emails and orders on a daily basis, and it is impossible to answer all of them on the same day. We do not charge anybody's credit card until the product is shipped. This year we did experience technical difficulties with our web server and lost several days worth of orders and inquiry emails, therefore not being able to respond to those inquiries. We posted a note on our website stating that we had not been able to retrieve these emails and orders so people were promptly informed. We also posted a note stating that due to the techical difficulties we have been unable to update the inventory on our website and that not all orders will be filled, and we have been emailing all of those customers within 48 hours of them placing their order that the item is out of stock. If any other issues should arise, we will answer all of them in a timely fashion after Halloween.
