Hollywood Studios Costumes poor cust service careless Pompano Beach Florida
I had ordered a costume for Halloween from this company, and was very excited to get it because it was sold out everywhere else I went. I got a package in the mail, opened it, and it was someone elses costume. I received the package the week of Halloween when I had ordered it 2 1/2 weeks prior. The lady who's costume I received got my actual costume. We contacted each other and overnighted each others costumes. Both of us tried contacting the company through phone calls and got busy signals each time, and tried email and never got respones back.
Had we not contacted each other, we never would of had our costumes. Not only does that mean that the company just carelessly looked over our orders, but the invoices were with the package, and listed addresses, phone numbers, and all the credit card information. Lukcily both of us just wanted our costumes, and no damage was done to our credit cards.
We've been trying to get a hold of the company to at least reimberse us for overnight shipping cost, but nothing has happened yet.
Taking care of your customers is a big part in running a business, and they've failed. They aren't willing to make up for their mistake. So in conclusion, they SUCK!
