Hollywood Toyota I have them all I was told by my salesman, finance mgr, & sales mgr if I make every payment on time for 12 months I will 100% be able to refi at 1.9% with the Toyota of Hollywood Rewards program. Finance mgr asked me to sign blank papers & said the computer would fill in #'s. I was told by the salesman the price was $11,400. When they found out I had bad credit (up almost 200 points since) they told me I would get a car that day. They knew how much I wanted my car & the end #'s "after" I signed were over $16,000. I reported it to the GM. Hollywood Florida
He spoke to the finance mgr & he was chastised. He also let me know I hurt him by reporting him. They tried to shoe me away by giving me $150 towards wheels. Cost me $800. They were supposed to fix anything not working within 30 days. The drivers air bag light was on. Every time I went they would fix the blinking light but never the problem. I went 3 times for this before the 30 days. Never was fixed. They ran my credit 8 mo later without my approval. I had not stepped in the dealership in 7 months. How did I know this? I got a credit turn down letter. I love my car & was NOT interested in a purchase or trade. I went to Craig Zinn three times. His secretary is his gate keeper. She was rude & would not put me through. The GM tried to contact me but I would no longer hear his story. I went to Zinn Automotive & they have attorneys to report this to. The lady said "you came to the right place". The attorney never contacted me. It's been over 4 mo now. Time to go to the AG, BBB, media, & these reviews.
