I responded to a postcard offer for 2 free rings. All I was responsible for was shipping of $6.99 per ring, total of $13.98. The company has extremely high pressure salespeople who repeatedly asked me to purchase matching pieces such as earrings, necklace, etc. I said NO each time, that I was only interested in the 2 free rings.
I did recieve them & my credit card was charged the $6.99 x 2. However, on July 18th another charge of $56.98 X2 was made on the card, an unauthorized charge of $113.96.
In contacting the company this morning I was told additional jewelry was sent, boldface lie. After much more conversation I was told the charage would be reversed in 24 to 36 business hours. I also requested that my name & address be taken off of their mailing list. I will advise you if this was done or if I need to get my bank involved in a fraud dispute.
