The company has gentle kind faced representatives that will seduce you into believing that maybe you misunderstood, or that you are just not savvy in the real estate game, etc. when their financially damaging lies and lack of service start to become clear. Did they show excitement about equity on a home to sell you (and it actually was higher price than market)? Did they arrange faulty lending? Did they say their copy machine was down when you request contract? Do they use religion to build false sense of trust? How long did it take you to get keys to property you purchased? Were you offered free months service and it never happened? Did you over pay, and get duplicated bills for service(you never received? Did you not receive rental checks and then never get an explanation? Do they do anything about tenants insufficient funds or breaking leases unless it is their own property? Do they ever answer your calls, your emails or your certified letters? If any of this sounds familiar you have been to Home America land of property wealth for the Bosworths and friends. Mark Bosworth was the FOUNDER of GoRenter. On 21 April, 2006, Maark filed Articles of Organization with the AZ Corporation Commision. Their A.C.C. file number is L21794171. Look them up!! Carolina Lopez and Charles Kirkland are the current managers od GoRenter as of June 20 of this year.

Since the end of 2008 GoRenter.com LLC has been under new Ownership & Brokerage. The previous reviews were certainly valid under the past group but our 50 agents want to work on any problem you have. GoRenter.com LLC has been known by many names in the past (Property Masters of America, Home America Property Management) but now is entirely separate from them. Mark Bosworth is not associated or affiliated with GoRenter.com LLC in anyway.
