That was so unfortunate that you were unable to make a successful purchase. What the company pays for is what the consumer gets." Good quality pay scales yeild quality service to your clients". There are some caring , compasionate , and knowledgeable workers there but its a shame that you have to luck out to find one. Morality amongst the population in this company is at its lowest and is getting worse as long as consumers such as yourself and the millions of others that frequent do not send in those refferal letters to our home office regarding good service received. The associate has more leverage in getting higher pay scales. But profits are high. I dont want you to think that this is an attempt to strong arm referal letters out of you or anyone who catches light of this commentary but since tips are not allowed , when you do come across that in tuned associate that caters to your needs make sure you send a referal letter stating the type of service given, the name of the associate that helped you dates, times,etc. and send it in to the human resources department, the customer support center, and so on. Since it is a once and blue moon situation finding help, develope a relationship with a favorite associate.
