I will not waste my time any longer responding to someone who is not honest and operates in this fashion. We have been selected as the top retailer in the country and why may you ask because we are honest and operate with ethics. I will stand by our prices as well as our service. This location is doing wonderful and we will continue to be successful because we treat people with care and we work hard at our business. I encourage anyone to call me or our store and I believe you will see how we respond and how we treat the local public. We have a great B&B report and that is because we have been in business over 20 years and since 1982 in the Lancaster/Palmdale area so our history speaks for us. We would not be in business for so long if we did not treat people with care and concern. I encourage all who read this to understand the source of information and I can sleep at night because I know I am being honest and sincere. The public doesn't have to beleive me, they just have to here me, FOREGET THOSE CROOKS AT HOME GALLERY, and try this: Get the model # and the price of the item you like at HOME GALLERY and compare them at H&E (home improvements Lancaster)(YAH, IT'S TRUE, THEY SELL FURNITURE) And HOME-MAKERS in Santa Clarita, You wont get a cookie or a soda offered to you at these stores, but I got free delivery on all my funiture and on top of that, I SAVED OVER $2,000 ON THE SAME ASHLEY FURNITURE I ALMOST BOUGHT FROM THOSE LIARS AT HOME GALLERY. It's very important that you get the name of the manufature along with sku / model # of the piece you like and don't foreget the price (this will show you how much HOME GALLERY is OVERPRICING THERE FUNITURE) There are three other funiture store,s that will beat HOME GALLERY PRICES. And not by a few dollars, I'm talking about 20 and UP PERCENT. Don't limit your self to ASHLELY funiture, they also have alot of other top name brands. MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT, THESE FUNITURE STORES ARE IN BUSINES TO MAKE YOUR MONEY THEY'RE MONEY, BUT "HOME GALLERY" WANTS TO CHARGE YOU MORE FOR THE THE SAME STUFF, IT'S THAT SIMPLE. I'VE ALSO LEARN THAT A BUSINES THAT IS A MEMBER OF THE BETTER BUSINES BUREAU (BBB) WILL MOST LIKELY HAVE A FAVORABLE LISTING ON THE BBB'S WEB SITE, UNLIKE A NON-MEMBER WILL BE TRASHED TALKED BY THE BBB UNTILL THEY BECOME A DUE-PAYING MEMBER, IN CONCLUSION: THE CUMSUMER WILL NEVER BE FIRST PRIORITY WHEN DEALING WITH A DUE-PAYING BUSINES MEMBER. It's unfortunate that Mr.Conrad Niblina had buyer's remorse after concluding his transaction with Home Gallery Furniture. In his effort to slander and intimidate this business and Mr. Moniz personally he grossly misstated the facts and distorted the impeccable reputation of Home Gallery and other wholly owned businesses by Mr. Moniz, that will continue to have an outstanding record with respected consumer agency's, such as the Better Business Bureau. We stand behind our 110% price guarantee and provided with proper proof will indeed price match. After 2 weeks of our refusal to discount the price, due to our repeated request to Mr. Nablina to provide proper price match proof,we immediately refunded his initial deposit. Mr. Nablina's deposit was sent out on 4 different occasions, Via Certified mail, Federal Express, and Personal Service to which he refused. Eventually his refund was sent regular mail, which he finally accepted and cashed. We have made every reasonable attemp to satisfy Mr. Neblina and after our interactions with him we "Reserved Our Right" to no longer offer our products to him. To write such a scornful letter why would this customer return to our store after initiating this chain of events and try to repurchase his canceled furniture order, at the FULL PRICE? We hope that Mr. Niblina has found a relationship with another furniture store and is satisfied with his purchase.. Sincerely,
