I have been reading the ripoff reports about
Liberty Vending and HOME Inc. I have decided to add my two cents.
In December, 1999,I purchased gumball vending machines from Liberty Vending via a seminar put on by HOME INC. To place them I used their recommended service of Pro-Net Locators, Inc. Thousands of dollars to purchase and more to locate them. I was told these would be good money making sites and machines.
The machines were placed and, in less than 2 months, over half were removed-the businesses did not like them. Many jammed up or broke. Quality was poor. I called Pro-net about the returns and was told tuff stuff. In less than a year I had about 20 back and only 4 in service.
The machines are now all in storage. The most I made over the years is a total of about $800.00. That doesn't even begin to cover the cost. Sid Perry from HOME Inc gave me his email for problems and, guess what, it didn't work. Calling Liberty or Home gets you nowhere.
I can't even seem to sell them. Guess I'll have to donate them. What a waste of my hard earned money. I would like to see a class action suit started. Maybe I would get some pennies back.
NetBizz and Valuelink are just as bad and are from the same seminar. The internet connection for NB never worked. My computer froze up every time I tried to install their software-even the new computer I had. Had to pay the credit card plate company even though I returned the plate and Leasecomm got thousands of dollars for merchant services that were never used or worked.
Trying to get your money back or get some help is a joke. These people have no intention of helping you -- just taking your money.
