HOME LOAN CENTER rip-off! THEY TOOK ME FOR EVERYTHING I HAD. IRVINE California
Dear Anyone that can help,
Me and my wife went to sign the final paper work at the closing table and the Home Loan Center changed everything on us. Our payments were supposed to be $465.00 a month and that is what we signed.
The the Home Loan Center changed their mind. After we already signed the paper work they faxed new paper work over to the title company and said throw away the papers we just signed and sign the new ones. The payment went up to $520.00.
We really didn't have a choice because we had already paid $18,000.00 for the down payment. And they told us if we didn't sign the new papers that the down payment would not be refunded.
We went through the Attorney Generals Office and they told us that we had a case of Preditory Lending Law. But we have no money to get a lawyer to help us get some of our money back.
