Home Remedy Mortgage Modification refinance ripoff company telephone lines down Newport Beach California
We were contacted by Gil Penhollow of Home Remedy. He said there is a reason why we were put in touch with each other. He kept using God and God Bless you, and he kept incouraging me to stick with processing. He gave us an attorney's name of Pamela Stacey Gerbert-Gressier with State Bar #140353 and told us how to research here. We put our full trust in him. We were put in contact with Richlyn Graf/processing who we faxed all our information to. She worked directly with our bank. We have tried getting ahold of her for 2 weeks-apparently the phone lines are down. Gil apparently left the company along with a Joel Valdelon who apparently worked directly with Bank of America. During this process our loan was forwarded to a different bank "Nationstar" - which bought them more time as everyhing had to be submitted to them. We are really confused on who is our servicer now. BOA still contacted us - afterwards and we informed them that they no longer service our loan. Was BOA passing our loan to Nationstar because Fox9 was going to be investigating them? Are they trying to hide our loan someplace else? We don't know. Our loan was originally Countrywide....Wells Fargo or HSBC is our investor we don't know which because HSBC is saying it is Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo is saying it is HSBC. We still don't know who our investor is.

California Lawyer Andrew D. Weiss is the mastermind behind this scam. The California State Bar Association has a special fund for people like you Weiss has RIPPEDOFF.
