This guy is a d***, plain and simple. Childish, Immature, Bad Temper, Never sold a think in his life.
He act all nice to you until he gets you on board. Everything and I mean everythin will change soon after.
He will not work with you, he prefers to degrade you.
He will not assist you with any problems, he would rather try to make you feel stupid.
All he ever talks about is himself and everything he is doing.
He will not go to bat for you.
I have no idea how this guy got in the position he is in. Everyone laughs and makes fun of him behind his back. Giving him fake numbers for production week in and week out. I have spoken to everyone under his region, and I mean, everyone is providing fake numnbers, just because he is such an butt hole
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS GUY OR COMPANY. YOU WON"T LAST A MONTH. I would rather clean toliets than worh with him. I have never ever met a more negative person in my life, and I mean never!!!

I’m sorry but I totally disagree. I know Paul. I’ve recruited for Paul in the past. This is a guy that runs a business and works hard. He has zero tolerance for idiocy. Sounds like you’re one of those idiots. If you had half as much success as he’s had you would understand. And by the way his company didn’t go under because of him his company went under like hundreds of others did in 2008 during the liquidity crisis.
It was a Wall Street issue not a Paul Impagliazzo issue so kiss my a*s and stop picking on people just because you suck and are a failure at what you do. I haven’t seen Paul in 12 years but I’m happy to hear he is back in the business. Good for Paul. I’m glad he ran you off. Losers lose and winners win. I wouldn’t tolerate your baby bs either.

Paul Impagliazzo causes a company to go into Bankruptcy I worked for Mr. Impagliazzo at MLN. This individually shut down the company. Look up attached BK filing. Impagliazzo is currently out recruiting for Home Xpress Mortgage providing the promise of a dream that he cannot fulfill.
He hides his past track record very well, but his true colors will come out. Has major anger issues. If he did this to a lender, he has no regard for you compulsive liar. bad apple from the big apple Steer Clear of Paul - move to the next company, he is not worth the time Below I documented what Impagliazzo did to this company.
