HomeCo Unlimited DBA Home Team Advantage Crooks, Rip Offs, Liars, THEIVES Fort Lauderdale Florida
I have been dealing with these crooks for almost two years, in that two years I have given them $30,000.00 of my money for an addition to my home and all I have to show for it is a couple of permits and a sand box of a back yard.
I went to the bankruptcy hearing and watched the courtroom literally fill up with people that HomeCo unlimited (Doug Livingston, Barclay Mavis & John Osterndorf)have ripped off by either taking their money for a job they never started or taking their money and leaving them with torn up bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms.
Doug Livingston sat in that same courtroom nonchalantly reading a book as if he were simply waiting for his turn for a doctors appointment or something. Occasionally looking up at people who were looking for a seat in a standing room only courtroom. The least he could have done was get off his rear and let one of the people he and his company ripped-off sit down.
I sat there and heard statements from people who now have liens against their homes from sub-contractors that HomeCo Unlimited (dba) Home Team Advantage hadn't payed for the work that was done.
I am a single women and I have worked hard to build equity in my home so could build an addition and I refinanced my house to get the money for the addition that HomeCo Unlimited was contracted to do and now my dreams have been destroyed by these people, I used up all of my equity and are unable to re-finance.
